Q. Do you do refunds or exchanges?

A. Yes! We have a 14 day Return & Exchange policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, or have changed your mind, we'll provide a full refund. No questions asked. Drop us a message via our Contact page and send the item back to the address provided (must be tracked and signed for delivery).

Once we receive it, we will process your refund within 2 working days. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Absolutely. We offer tracked International delivery for just £10. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in London, England.

Q. Will I receive an email / tracking number once my order has shipped?

A. Yes! You'll receive an email/text when your order has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number and our estimated shipping times. If this email can't be found in your inbox, please check your junk folder.  

Q. How long will shipping take?

A. UK - 1-2 Days, Europe - 5-7 days, USA - 1-2 weeks. 

Q. Can I exchange an item?

A. Yes! If you've ordered the wrong size/colour, you can exchange within 14 days of your purchase. 

Q. Can you do custom orders?

A. Yes, depending on what is required. If you would like to order a custom pair, please contact us via the website Contact page or through Instagram DM's.
