DELIVERY COST

DPD 2-3 Working Days (excluding Northern Ireland) 

Please note DPD will only deliver items on weekdays (Monday - Friday) unless you pay for DPD Saturday Delivery at an additional charge. 

DPD Saturday Delivery £12

Europe & Northern Ireland: £9.99, Royal Mail International Signed For - 5-12 working days, depending on country. 

Rest of World: £19.99 Royal Mail International Signed For - 8-12 working days.

Tracking number will be sent via email once items are dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you can't find any tracking information in your inbox. Customers will be responsible for any import or duty charged.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We will always try to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order, assuming items are in stock. Please allow more time for delivery at busy holiday periods. If you have any concerns regarding delivery times please get in touch with us so we can personally assist you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

RETURNS POLICY

Zoron London operates a full, 7-day Return Policy. If for any reason you want to return something, you can simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order, unused and post-paid, together with the reason for return. Please ensure all tags are still attached and the item/s remains in the same condition as sold. Once we have received and inspected the item/s we will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment. 

Any item/s sent back to us after the 7 day period from delivery date of the order will only be liable for an exchange, not a refund. A credit note for the value of the order will be issued if the item is received back within 14 days should no exchange be requested. No refunds or credit notes will be permitted after 14 days from delivery date. 

SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a sale price is not liable for a refund. We will only accept an exchange on sale item purchases. If an exchange is not available a credit note for the value of the order will be added to your account. 

Please note that the cost of delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.
